Statewide APTS Concepts Plan

CUTR will develop a background research paper that will discuss the rationale of a statewide APTS plan. In addition, CUTR will refine and finalize the existing draft scope of work for the statwide APTS concepts plan, describing the overall rationale for the plan; the specific tasks, activities and strategies needed to make the project successful; policy and goal areas to be addressed and cost estimates for the preparation of such a plan.
